The CBLM is among the vital documents supporting the Competency-Based Training (CBT) approach and focuses on the knowledge, skills and attitude that a learner can demonstrate – in a practical way – for a given qualification. The CBT approach is being promoted by TESDA to address the gap between training and employment.
